  • The beginnings of breast growth occurs in teenage women as a normal part of puberty. It happens at different times for everyone. Some women wonder when their breast growth and development cycle is complete. There is no definitive answer to this question, as most women vary greatly in the agressiveness of breast growth as well as the time it takes for their breasts to fully mature. It could be eighteen for the majority of women, but I've known many women who continue to grow and develop well beyond their teenage years, and on into their twenties.

There are lots of factors that influence the developing of feminine breasts. A lot of it has to do with genetics, and a lot has to do with diet, environment, the hormones we eat in our meats and cheeses, and a host of other speculative factors which are not yet fully explainable. Pregnancy can affect breast size, hormonal fluctuations, being on certain birth control pills has reportedly influenced some women and teen's breast sizes. This list probably goes on and on, but there are no definitive answers yet.

The sudden and continuing change in female's breasts occur after puberty, which is caused by dramatic hormonal changes, depending on the individual, in the body, mainly associated with the pituitary gland, and the female sex hormone called estrogen (and the many forms of this hormone). What happens when the breasts do not fully develop, and who's to say they did not fully develop - maybe that's just the way you were programmed to be in the breast size department?

If you want to continue what you feel may have been an incomplete breast growth cycle or even stunted growth of your breasts due to diet or environmental or even genetic constraints, there are actually a lot of natural breast enhancement options to choose from today - but only if you've matured into adulthood are these products recommended. You need to wait and see what nature gives you first before you try to change things!

Teenage breast growth and the development that ensues for a couple years afer initiation of growth, typically begins at age 11 on some women, maybe later on others, and completes around age 18 or twenty, depending on the individual. I know some women who even experience growth beyond age 20 for unknown reasons, perhaps they were just "late bloomers".

The amount of teenage women getting breast implants is alarming, especially since some of them may not have even completed their natural breast enlargement development at the time they undergo this expensive and risky surgery. That's a sure sign that there is a lot of insecurity in teenagers about the growth and development of their breasts, and it's too soon, because they haven't even waited to see what their full potential can be once they've reached their full growth potential. Heck, they may even end up growing until they're past twenty, and need a breast reduction! It's not unheard of!
