#1 Drink PLENTY of water.
#2 Limit the consumption of caffeine and other stimulants - this can cause breakouts, uneven skintone
and "rough" skin.   Some great alternatives to caffeine that naturally enhance your energy can be found at

the term "energy" and tons of herbal and all natural energy supplements will come up. It's all a matter of
what appeals to you. I personally drink tea with Panax Ginseng, and find this an effective energy

#3 Be sure to wash your makeup off every night before bed. Use a mild toner to minimize pores and
